Virendra and the team at QualEx Systems played an important role in the setup of the offshore development center for CloudSimple in Pune. Our engagement was a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model. QualEx provided right-sized facilities, infrastructure, operations and IT, plus they supported our recruiting activities while the team was being built up until the transfer to CloudSimple India. QualEx also assisted us in a smooth transition after the CloudSimple acquisition by Google.
